Overview

The core of the Pretzel application is a flexible visualisation engine to manipulate genetic data:

The following steps outline a rough process that users of Pretzel adopt for their research:

1. Source new data from the internet or internal processes.
2. Import data to the Pretzel platform.
3. Populate the chart with the new data set.
4. Manipulate the data set against other data sets, by moving, mirroring, and zooming the data.
5. Capture images of critical insights and analysis.
