    • Identified goals for the WG:
      • Dlopen friendly headers and specific return values
        • Check issues below
        • John and Ralph are leading this
        • Seems to belong in the implementation agnostic WG
      • General purpose transaction API
        • Use cases: exchange of resources
        • Prototypes will be part of a few european research projects
      • Heterogeneous resource representation improvements
        • May overlap with slicing WG
    • Discussion: Note regarding dlopen, the OMPD work for generating header that could be helpful to verify correctness of header content
  • WG: Dynamic workflows
