Module Staff Allocation

When WAM knows about Modules, and the workload associated with them, it can divide this up for you against staff colleagues once it knows who is on the teaching team.

Managing Module Allocations

Within the Details view for a module the known teaching allocation will be shown. You can edit this to add and remove staff and show what percentage each contributes to Contact Hours, Assessment Hours and other Admin Hours.

WAM will then automatically calculate the workload implications and show this together with other Activities, in the Loads view.

Loads by Modules

The Loads by Modules view also shows at a glance Modules that are over or under allocated, and helps you correct these problems. It can also show a brief output of the Teaching Allocation to be given to timetabling staff.
