Staff Workload

Staff workload is visible from the Loads tab within WAM. The workload will be shown by Group within a Work Package, so that appropriate peer groups can be compared. It will also upscale final figures for staff with less than a full FTE to allow for more fair and complete comparison.

Adjusting workloads in the Model is accomplished by two means.
