Help the user of the framework to understand and to resolve fatal errors.

Mention, that a lot of fatals and strange things around SD card handling can have their root in HDMI backpower; link to FAQ.

Describe this case:

ERR_FATAL_HEAP1 .ASCII_W "Heap corruption: Hint: MENU_HEAP_SIZE\n"
ERR_FATAL_HEAP2 .ASCII_W "Heap corruption: Hint: OPTM_HEAP_SIZE\n"

And the solution (see C64 core): Increase MENU_HEAP_SIZE in m2m-rom.asm while decreasing HEAP_SIZE accordingly
