@TODO / WIP: What is QNICE and how is it used in M2M and what can the M2M user do with it (specific ROM callbacks and also fully additionally to what M2M offers)
Describe: How does the M2M QNICE differ from the original spec: less register banks to save FPGA space, some non-implemented sysdef.asm devices such as the original VGA, etc. (qnice_globals.vhd)
