e.g. CS7A could be tagged CS, 7, 7A, A could be embedded in the object (chr), but because of size disparity and its use as an informal index, it suits to have a separate document/collection. API: get list of object IDs, given a list of tags (maybe option for sub-string, but perhaps not regexp?)

FeatureAdd: Toggle map scale views :

Enable user to toggle view to display maps on unified scale OR (as it is now) on a different scale for each map axis. Would enable a simple visual comparison of genome size difference. Would be useful for figures as well.
