fix(openapimcp):give every tool argument a name clients accept - #9460
OpenAPI-derived MCP tools were being dropped by clients when a parameter name wasn't a legal tool property name. The Anthropic API requires property names to match ^[a-zA-Z0-9_.-]{1,64}$, and a client relaying a tool drops the whole tool if even one property breaks that rule. Real specs routinely contain names like metadata_<key> and filter[status], and names longer than 64 characters. This PR gives every argument a valid name while still sending the original wire name to the upstream API.
Changes
Argument names are now derived from the wire name. Characters outside [a-zA-Z0-9_.-] become _, and the result is cut to 64 characters. For example, filter[status] is exposed as filter_status_ but is still sent as filter[status]. The binding keeps the original wire name.
Templated query parameters with exactly one placeholder, such as metadata_<key>, become a single object argument (metadata).
The schema is type: object with additionalProperties set to the parameter's own schema.
At request time, each entry is sent as its own query pair, with the key replacing the placeholder (metadata_team=search&metadata_env=prod).
Entries are emitted in sorted key order, so requests are deterministic. Nil entries are skipped.
Passing a non-object value returns a clear error naming the argument.
This is tracked through a new Template field on ArgBinding.
Collision handling now respects the length limit. uniqueArgName clamps names and trims the base before appending _2, _3, and so on, so suffixed names never exceed 64 characters. __<location> disambiguation suffixes are built from the sanitized argument name.
Querystring parameters and their fields use the same sanitization.
Flattening of object request bodies is skipped when any body property name would be invalid. Flattened body properties are sent under their own names and can't be renamed, so the body stays whole as a single body argument instead.
Tests added or extended:
Schema-level checks that every argument name is valid, covering template, sanitized, and over-length names, and that an invalid body property keeps the body as single.
A request-building test covering the templated query expansion, the sanitized wire name, and the error for a non-object value.
A test that synthesizes tools from Bifrost's own docs/openapi/openapi.json and fails, by tool and name, if any argument name would be rejected.
A new e2e Postman case against /api/mcp/openapi/preview that checks metadata_<key> becomes an object argument and filter[status] becomes filter_status_.
Design note: nested body field names are the body's own JSON keys and are not validated or renamed. The repo-spec test explicitly checks only top-level arguments.

New Features
OpenAPI-generated tools can represent templated query parameters as objects and send each non-null entry as a separate query parameter when template handling is enabled.
Generated argument names are sanitized, limited to 64 characters, and adjusted to avoid collisions while preserving the original query parameter names.
Templated query values follow the configured serialization style.
Bug Fixes
Request bodies with property names that cannot be used as valid arguments remain available as a single argument.
Templated query parameters reject non-object values. Required templated parameters with no emitted values return an error unless a matching concrete parameter is configured.
OpenAPI tool generation sanitizes argument names and supports object arguments for query parameters with one name placeholder. BuildRequest expands those objects into query pairs, applies configured serialization styles, and validates required parameters.
Schema generation sanitizes argument names and limits them to 64 characters. It keeps request bodies whole when their property names are invalid. Tests check generated names against the allowed pattern, including names in the repository OpenAPI spec.
ArgBinding stores templated wire names. When enabled, schema generation represents qualifying query parameters as object arguments, and Synthesize passes the option to schema generation. BuildRequest serializes non-nil object entries in sorted order and checks required values. Tests cover argument names, serialization, and forwarding original wire names.

Match configured query names against the template's concrete names.
For a required templated query parameter such as tag_<key>, the required checks at lines 139 and 181 look up the literal template name. The configured set holds concrete names from the base URL, so a base URL with tag_env=x does not satisfy the check. An omitted tag argument (line 139) or an empty tag object (line 181) returns missing required query parameter "tag_<key>", even though the base URL already supplies tag_env. Conversely, a base URL with the literal tag_%3Ckey%3E=x satisfies the check and sends an unusable literal name upstream.
Check the configured query names against the template's concrete-name pattern, where the placeholder matches a non-empty key. Apply the same rule to the missing-argument check at line 139.

Add the - #9460 suffix to all four case names.
The harness guidance applies the suffix requirement to every case name. It defines no exception for preview, setup, execution, or cleanup cases, and no alternate issue identifier is established.
The suffix also preserves consistent case identification in harness output and feature filtering.

Expose templated query expansion as an explicit OpenAPI gateway option.
Synthesize now supports TemplateParams, but registered clients and preview always use its false default. MCPOpenAPIConfig cannot enable the option. Therefore, gateway users can receive only the sanitized scalar argument for parameters such as metadata_<key>, not the object that expands into dynamic query pairs.
Keep the default false for arbitrary specifications, but add a template_params configuration field and pass it consistently through preview, config validation, client synthesis, update merging, and client rebuild detection. The Bifrost OpenAPI specification declares dynamic metadata_<key> filters, while the provider harness confirms that user-supplied specifications should remain unexpanded by default.

Reject empty template entry keys.
If an entry key is "", substitution emits metadata_ for metadata_<key>. The required-parameter check counts that pair as emitted, although isConfigured correctly treats an empty placeholder match as invalid. Reject empty keys before adding query values so a required template cannot pass with a name outside its concrete-name pattern. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Keep object-valued entries under the concrete query name.
If a templated parameter has an object-valued entry and uses the default form/explode serialization, addQueryValue emits the object’s property names. For example, {"team":{"region":"west"}} for metadata_<key> emits region=west, not a name derived from metadata_team. The request can therefore set an unrelated upstream parameter and omit the intended one. Preserve the concrete name when encoding the entry, or reject this unsupported value shape before sending the request. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
