cmi5 Narrative

The group reviewed the cmi5 Process flow chart and discussed how a "Waived" statement could better be depicted. The group decided to add decision point for checking for the existence a "Waived" statement (after the moveOn Decision point) prior to writing a Satisfied statement. (If a Waived statement was previously issued then then the AU was previously satisfied and the LMS would not write an other Satisfied statement).

The group also began making a (LMS) process flow chart for interpreting a course flow at runtime.
