cmi5 Client Library

Art Werkenthin reviewed the current status of the cmi5 client library.

The following changes where made:

1. Restructured the github repo folders
2. The goLMS method was moved to cmi5Controller.js
3. Function prototypes were updated in cmi5Controller.js

The remaining items left to complete are as follows:

• implement session "duration" in the cmi5controller
• Add cmi5.XML example file
• Write README documentation
