cmi5 "Quartz" specification Release Schedule

The group agreed to target the following dates for cmi5 "quartz" release:

• Issue Freeze - May 1st, 2016 - No more new issues will be worked on for cmi5 "quartz" specification changes after this date.
• cmi5 "Quartz" spec release - June (1-8) - Release announcement to coincide with June 8th xAPI camp in Austin

Issue #410 - Complex course structure example has blank objective

The group agreed to remove the following objective from the example in section 15.2 Complex as it is missing data for some elements and is not referenced elsewhere in the course structure.

Issue #408 - Define Activity Type for Blocks and Course Structure The group agreed that for "Satisfied" statements that the LMS writes to the the LRS, the LMS must include an Activity Type. The group decided to define cmi5 specific activity types in this case rather than using the existing (generic) ADL defined activity types due to the unique nature of cmi5 blocks and potential confusion of content aggregation. And activity type for "cmi5Block" and "cmi5Course" will be defined with IRI's. Jason Haag (ADL) will be contacted to arrange for the creation of the IRI's.

Issue #425 - AU May refuse to issue passed or completed when course structure is changed

The agreed that informative language should be added to section 7.1 AU Statement API Requirements to address this issue and that MoveOn and Launchparameters be added to launched statement per issue #424

Issue #424 Explicitly allow the LMS to override the masteryScore, LaunchParameters, and moveOn
